From the Lizard car park follow the road down towards the coast pass Parc Brawes Cottage, continue along the right hand track south towards the South West Coast Path, then join the cliff-top trail leading to Lizard Point, the most southerly point of mainland Britain. The walk offers spectacular coastal views, rugged cliffs, and glimpses of hidden coves, with opportunities to spot seals and seabirds along the way. As you approach Lizard Point, the iconic lighthouse and dramatic rocky headland come into view, making for a memorable finish to one of Cornwall’s most scenic coastal walks.
